The Holidays are sometimes referred to as The Hell-of-a-days. Family issues are often triggered. Old traumas from childhood and even past lives can also surface, even if you are not with family members. 2024 is an election year and that is a big trigger too.

How do we create harmony when there are so many opportunities to experience conflict? We energetically, and sometimes physically, move to a neutral space and become an observer instead of a player. Sometimes the image of being perched on top of a peace or totem pole is an effective way to watch the drama playing out without engaging in it. This can take some practice. It is well worth it.

You can break away for short periods of time to recenter yourself. Take a dog for a walk, disappear in the bathroom for a while, go outside for fresh air, or perhaps use sports as a distraction. Have an escape route and plan in place in case you need it.

Can we transcend the chaos and achieve internal peace? Yes, absolutely. It is the work of a World Server. Humanity is accelerating into Soul Merge and Enlightenment because of Universal factors. Lead the way for others to follow. Peace comes from within.

Healthy communication is essential in every type of relationship. Words have power and meaning. Body language says way more than words can ever speak. Your choice of words and tone of voice are vital in maintaining a relationship.

Ask yourself: How would I like to be engaged in a conversation? What words convey love and understanding? How can I sound constructive instead of destructive? What would loving and caring be? How does a Soul communicate for the highest good of all?

Practice self-talk first and foremost. This might require reprogramming phrases adopted from childhood. It might also require clearing work an abusive person from your past. Seek positive statements and say them out loud. I am a positive person. I love life. I am the best dog mom/dad ever. I’m smart, caring, and loving. I’ve got this enlightenment thing!

Be consistent with higher communication in all other aspects of life such as spoken in person or over the phone, written on social media, or silent thoughts when a motorist makes a risky maneuver. Continue to retrain your automatic responses.

You will notice that you begin to magnetize like-minded others. People who prefer to be negative will naturally stay distant. Higher communication is transformational.

Change is the only constant. Why, then, do many resist it?

Fear is a learned program that interferes with the natural process of creation. Fear is the core or base emotion underneath anger, anxiety, depression, frustration, and cut-and-run responses.

Love is the opposite of fear. Love as a core or base emotion produces peace, joy, and freedom. Self-expression flows freely. There is a desire to work things out for the highest good of all.

We are embracing Uranus, the planet of surprises and changes, retrograde in the earthy sign of Taurus, which is ruled by Venus, the planet of love. It begins on September 1, 2024, and ends on January 30, 2025. Expect the unexpected in every realm of life.

The full moon on September 17 will awaken psychic powers in all beings. The fall equinox on September 22 creates a bio-chemical shift in all bodies.

How do we make constant change a friend? We let go of fear. We vibrate at the frequency of love. We use gratitude and make a shift to synchronize with the change. We invoke change for fun!

The love frequency is 528 Hz. You can visit YouTube and listen to many healing frequencies of love. When fear arises, toss it out and replace it with love. The way to eliminate darkness in a room is to fill it with light. Fill yourself and your reality with an abundance of light and love.

Crisis sparks certain responses in different people and situations. For some, this is an indication that there is urgency. For others, it is life-threatening. The typical human response is fight, flight, or freeze. Let’s delve into the possibilities and find remedies at all levels of perception.

First and foremost, remain calm. Center yourself in the seat of your soul and ask for guidance. Seek the truth, avoid deception, and ask questions. ‘Is this real?’ ‘Is my/other life endangered?’ ‘Am I missing information that could provide clarity?’ “If I step back and assess the situation, what enlightenment comes to me?’

We are at a crisis point in many places. There are documented and publicized crises. There are undocumented and unpublished crises that no one is being made aware of. Humanity is ready for change. Hope springs eternal, and hope is what is most needed. Embrace hope. Pray for home.

Please remain aware of physical preparedness such as water, food, cash, forms of barter, and other survival necessities. Battery storage, generators, solar power, and other options are also advised. Grow your food, at least in a small potted vegetable garden. This is not just a survival issue. It is linked to supply chains in grocery stores, forever chemicals, and other health issues.

As a light worker, fight. Fight for yourself, your neighbors, and all of creation. Most of humanity is geared to either take flight or freeze. I recommend you fight to help those who freeze. They are the most in need. They will respond to your sense of calm. It allows them to copycat your energy field and find a sense of purpose. Most importantly, illuminate the truth at the bottom of the drama. Call upon the Light.

We have Neptune going retrograde in psychic Pisces on July 2. Chiron will go retrograde in expansive and fiery Aries on July 26. Saturn is already retrograde in psychic Pisces.

Transcending the mass consciousness and arriving at enlightenment involves not subscribing to common thoughts. We often use phrases such as ‘no thanks I refuse to play’ and ‘return to sender with love’. When you observe a mind-set or worse, a mass fear program, attempting to convince you that the economy is collapsing or any other belief you do not want to play out, please use these phrases.

On a practical note, when one door closes another opens. When answering machines are no longer needed, we progress to the next invention. Humanity is being redirected to avoid war, stop constructing huge structures that remain mostly unused, and start protecting the environment. Affordable housing is also in the works. Let Jupiter Expand Finances beyond what the mind can dream.

The month of May brings a powerful Pluto retrograde that affects justice. It also opens a Divine Mother aspect. The Full Moon of Humanity 2024 also occurs in May. As time is speeding up and cosmic intensity is increasing, we will experiencing a reboot of reality several times. It may feel as if the matrix is disintegrating. Learn to feel these. Choose your reality from a love base and state what you DO want. Refrain from stating what you DON’T want. ‘I choose peace. I choose love. i choose safety.’ You might also say things like ‘I invoke the best possible outcome’ and so forth.

Wesak is a global celebration of Buddha’s Birthday. It is traditionally held in the month of May. Esoterically, Wesak is the full moon in Scorpio when the sun is in Taurus. In 2024, it falls on April 23. The full moon prior to Wesak is the Christed Moon and coincides with Easter. The full moon after Wesak is the Humanity Moon. These are the 3 sacred full moons each year that spiritual beings celebrate.

This year, halfway between the Christed Moon and the Wesak Moon, we have a very potent new moon with a solar eclipse on April 8. A comet will be visible. You can erase all negativity from your past. Remember, energy follows thought. Being in the present moment requires no past and no future. It is the practice of the ever-present now that promotes rapid spiritual growth.

Reclaiming power is our theme this year. Take back all that is yours and do it with love. We are noticing that there is increased psychic activity on the inner planes. This year, the three sacred moons will arrive early. All three are shown below. We have the Full Moon of the Christ with a Lunar Eclipse overnight on March 24 and 25. This is a time to open all hearts to their Christed potential. When a certain percentage of humanity reaches enlightenment, the relationship of all sentient beings will change. World Peace becomes reality.

During this ‘Year of Major Transformation and Reclamation of Power’, we invoke awareness and awakening. Power is only suppressed through fear. Love is the opposite of fear. Let love prevail. Enlightenment follows.

This year, both Chinese and Tibetan (Losar) New Years are focused upon the Dragon. Dragon brings prosperity and fortune. Wood is nourishing. For those who seek enlightenment or have already attained it, this is a very good year.

Please do not despair when focusing on world news. Keep your sights on creating your own personal reality and prospering with the resources you already have, and the ones that are spontaneously presented to you with merit.

Nourish yourself with thoughts of having all that is needed and flourishing in this time/space by being in the present moment. Without past and without future, only now counts. This is true transcendence of time and space.

This breath is what counts. Each breath makes manifest in the present moment. Focus of thought and intention powered with breath/movement is true empowerment. Manifest your potential.
