Is it safe to use my Credit Card?
Yes. Terri Newlon Inc. uses PayPal, which encrypts all of your personal information, including your credit card number, to ensure it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. If you sign up for a recurring payment service, such as our World Service Broadcast (WSB) or Conscious Enlightenment Program (CEP), we do not have access to your credit card number. Our system shows us only the last four digits. If your card number changes, we will send you a secure link to update your information or direct you to the shopping cart button.
What is your declined Credit Card policy?
We sincerely want your experience with us to be a joyous and easy one!
We apologize if you experience any difficulties with fund processing. Contact your bank or card company to determine the reason for the decline. Common causes are:
- AVS mismatch – Do your bank’s internal records match where your statement is mailed? Did you accidentally use a home address when the statements are mailed to your office or post office box?
- Did your card recently get updated? Has the code on the back of the card changed? Has the expiration date changed?
If your credit card company is holding funds from your account, we cannot fix the situation for you. It is confidential between you and your card company or bank. Please authorize your bank or card company to release the funds for your use.
We can provide you with a copy of the declined transaction via email if it will help you resolve the issue.
What are your Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellation Policies?
Most of our products are delivered to you electronically and immediately via instant download online and/or by email. Check your junk or spam folders and mark our emails as ‘not junk’.
These electronic products are non-returnable and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges. We have a no cancellations policy on all our products and services, unless otherwise stated in the product or service description.
Are the Writings and Recordings that I receive copyrighted?
Yes, as are the images and other content on our website. We are not the sole copyright holders, and we appreciate your respect for all copyrighted and trademarked materials.
